We provide advisory services in the field of sustainable financial investments. This does not constitute investment advice within the meaning of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) and does not replace personal financial advice.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. The amount of liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
The agreed fees are to be understood as net. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction. In the event of default, we charge statutory default interest.
Contracts can be terminated in writing by either party with a notice period of one month to the end of the month. The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.
